
To enhance your experience & ensure that you receive the best possible service, we suggest you arrive at least 10 Minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Plan your time -out carefully. We have reserved time, therapist's, rooms, equipment and products for each service. A late arrival means you will have reduced treatment time - however, we will require that you pay full fees.

Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you; however we understand that plans change.
As we wish to accommodate everyone who wishes to see us, if you need to change or cancel your treatment reservations you are required to provide:
- 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or 50% of the booking fee will be charged next time.
- Reservations for 2 or more hours requires a 50% deposit and any cancellations outside these guidelines .
- Failure to attend an appointment, will result in your credit card being charged for the appointment if we are unable to fill your appointment time.
If you have a gift voucher and fail to give the required notice or fail to attend , the voucher becomes void.

We offer a unique range of tailor made gift vouchers for special occasions. Gift vouchers can include a particular day package, treatment or alternatively a dollar value of your choice. Vouchers are available for all treatments. Vouchers can be purchased in person or by phone. The voucher can be sent to the recipient who can book at their leisure.
- All vouchers are non refundable and not redeemable for cash
- All Detox voucher's cannot be changed to massages
- All gift vouchers are valid for 3 months only (no extensions)

Please do not bring valuables with you to the spa; whilst we endeavour to look after your belongings, we take no responsibility for loss or damage. it is advisable to leave expensive items at home.

Depending on your health fund, your massage treatment may qualify for a rebate. please check your Health Funds requirements and prior to booking enquire with our receptionist as to which therapist fits your Health Funds requirements. We also have Hi Caps for on the spot reductions.

In keeping with our commitment to your comfort, safety, cleanliness and hygiene, we use only thoroughly sterilized sanitised equipment for all services and treatments.
- Our wax is not recycled
- All skin and body products used are a minimum 98% natural, with only the stabilizer being synthetic, to maintain the shelf life and reduced risk of bacterial contamination.
